They are people who want to end animal suffering NOW, and they don’t just do things to achieve that aim, they do them effectively. By way of thanks, we have optimized everything to the maximum so that, with five minutes of their day, they have a tremendous impact. Welcome to #EffectiveAdvocacy.
It’s easy: fill out the form. From there on, you’ll be part of the volunteer team at the Animal Welfare Observatory. Absolutely no strings attached: always do what your lifestyle allows and gather strength to make an impact. Make your advocacy effective.
We can’t give you all of the information here because we have supersecret techniques, and if the businesses found out we wouldn’t be so effective. But we’ll tell you some stuff that is just as interesting.
Our actions take up very little of a volunteer’s time. You would participate in initiatives that aim to combat the atrocities perpetrated by factory farming. You would be part of a community of what is already more than 2,000 people committed to the protection of animals.
We love what we do. That’s why we have created an environment focussed on learning, where we share our knowledge on advocacy, animal welfare, the food industry and business policies.
Still reading? Well, we’ll keep telling you things. On our “Victories” page you can find everything we have achieved. For the vast majority of these major commitments, there have been thousands of people who devoted a few minutes to generating a real change for animals.
We have a particularly fond memory of the campaign to convince a certain large supermarket chain that can’t be named to join the European Chicken Commitment. The actions the volunteer team carried out were crucial in making the multinational understand the importance of eliminating all the suffering it was causing.
The time has come to take an important decision. Just think, you could be telling people how you formed part of the movement that ended factory farming.
